General Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter «GTC») govern access to and use of the Vetilog platform, published by GIGARUN. They apply to any subscription, whether free or paid.

2. Access to the platform

Access to Vetilog is reserved for animal health professionals (veterinarians, veterinary clinics, specialized veterinary assistants). By registering, the user certifies that they practice professionally.

3. Free plan — Duration and inactivity

The free plan («Discovery») is offered with no duration commitment, subject to the following conditions:

• Inactivity: Any free account with no login for 90 consecutive days is considered inactive.
• Suspension procedure: A first warning email is sent 30 days before the planned deletion date, followed by a reminder at 15 days. The user has this period to reconnect or export their data.
• Deletion: If no new login occurs within the set deadline, the instance (database, files, subdomain) is permanently deleted. This deletion is irreversible.
• Data export: Before deletion, the user may request a data export via contact@vetilog.com.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans (XS, S, M, L) are subject to a monthly or annual subscription. In case of non-payment, access is suspended after 15 days and data is retained for 30 additional days before deletion.

5. Personal data and GDPR

GIGARUN processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679). Veterinary patient data hosted on the platform is under the exclusive responsibility of the professional user, who acts as data controller. GIGARUN acts as data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.

6. Availability and maintenance

Vetilog commits to maintaining 99% uptime for paid plans. The free plan is provided «as is» with no availability guarantee.

7. Liability

GIGARUN shall not be liable for data loss resulting from improper use of the platform, inactivity leading to account deletion, or force majeure.

8. Amendments to the GTC

GIGARUN reserves the right to amend these GTC. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any material change takes effect.

9. Governing law

These GTC are governed by French law. The competent court shall be that of Saint-Denis de La Réunion.
